Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
